What is your affiliation with Consulate Health Care?

Consulate Management Company is the owner of Consulate Health Care and Ambassador Rehab. We are the in-house provider of therapy services in all of the Consulate Health Care facilities.

In which states are you located?

Florida, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia.

Is your leadership team comprised of therapists?

The company President and Regional Vice Presidents of Operations are all therapists and they all hold active licenses.

How long has the company been in business?

In July of 2009 we celebrated our 10th anniversary.
